This is me. This is who I am. This is how I live. This is what I believe.

Today is a pretty good day for a Monday. "Sovereignty" has been passed to the Iraqis, and I think that's a step in the right direction. It's also election day in Canada, and the nest of thieves known as the Liberal Party is going to get a taste of democracy. Myself, I have a business meeting at 2PM with a prospective partner in my SuperSecret software project. Then at 6:30 I am going to my first football practice. I've volunteered to coach a minor football team. I've been looking to do some charity type work and get off my ass and do something physical outdoors so I hope this accomplishes both goals.

We live in interesting and dangerous times, and it's tempting at times to lose hope and think society is going down the drain. But the human race is a resilient bunch, so we should never lose hope. Life often has a funny way of working out.

God grant me serenity to accept the things I cannot change
The courage to change the things I can
And wisdom to know the difference.
